William Richard "Billy" West (born April 16, 1952) is an American voice actor who is best known for his voice roles as the titular characters Ren Höek (1993-1995) and Stimpy on the Nickelodeon animated series The Ren & Stimpy Show from 1991 to 1995, the titular character Doug Funnie, Porkchop, and Roger Klotz on the Nickelodeon animated sitcom Doug from 1991 to 1994, and as several characters, including Philip J. Fry, Professor Hubert J. Farnsworth, and Dr. John A. Zoidberg, on the Fox Broadcasting Company/Comedy Central animated sitcom Futurama from 1999 to 2013. He is also known for voicing the red milk chocolate-flavored M&M in the M&M's commercial and Buzz the Bee in the Honey Nut Cheerios commercial.

He voices Ellyvan in the Playhouse Disney/Disney Junior series Jungle Junction.
