Glenn Close is an American actress, producer and singer, well known for her portrayal of Cruella De Vil in the 1996 live-action remake of Disney's 101 Dalmatians, and its Y2K sequel. She also provided both the speaking and singing voice of Kala in Disney's 1999 animated feature film, Tarzan, in which she performed "You'll Be in My Heart," a duet with Phil Collins. She reprised her role as Kala in its midquel. She is also well known for her signature "witch-like" laugh and scream, as heard during her portrayal of Cruella de Vil.
