Miguel José Ferrer (February 7, 1955 - January 19, 2017) was an American actor and voice actor who was known for his villainous roles, including OCP Executive Robert "Bob" Morton in the 1987 science fiction action film, RoboCop, Dr. Garret Macy on the NBC crime drama series, Crossing Jordan from 2001 to 2007 and as Felix Valdez on Lifetime drama series The Protector from 2011. He was also George Clooney's cousin on his mother's side. For Disney, he was best known for voicing Shan Yu in the 1998 animated feature Mulan and Delgado in the direct-to-DVD comedy films Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2 and Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3. He also voiced Antaeus in the Hercules episode, "Hercules and the Hostage Crisis".

He also played Ortega Peru in the 1997 comedy film Mr. Magoo, Carl Quigley in the 1994 film Blank Check.

Ferrer died of throat cancer at the age of 61.
