Phillip "Phil" LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor, comedian and voice actor well known for characters such. He also guest-starred as Hawk in Big Time Rush.

He provided the voice for Carver Descartes in the Disney television series The Weekenders, and is currently the voice for Phoebus, whom he voiced in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance (filling in for Kevin Kline). He also voices one of the Guys in the parque in "Phineas and Ferb"
